On December 18, 2025, Thien Chi Center, in coordination with the Women’s Union, Farmers’ Association, Youth Union, and Veterans’ Association under the Fatherland Front of Ham Thuan Nam Commune, organized a legal awareness and legal aid program for local residents. The activity attracted 90 members from various community organizations.

The program was carried out in collaboration with the Lawyers’ Association and Jurists’ Association of Lam Dong Province. During the session, participants were provided with updated and practical legal knowledge, including the Law on Marriage and Family, Inheritance Law, Gender Equality Law, and regulations on child protection. These topics helped community members better understand their rights and responsibilities, enabling them to protect their legitimate interests in daily life.

Notably, seven women who were facing specific legal difficulties received direct consultation from lawyers. They were given clear explanations and detailed guidance on relevant legal regulations. The program was well received by participants and highly appreciated by the local community, contributing to improved legal awareness and stronger community engagement in Ham Thuan Nam Commune.

This activity is part of the project “Economic Development for Disadvantaged Women through Economic Empowerment and Access to Healthcare,” funded by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) through the “La Francophonie avec Elles” Fund for the 2025–2028 period.
