In the warm and joyful atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, the Office of Thien Chi Center – Duc Linh Area was honored to welcome leaders of the Hoai Duc Commune People’s Committee for a New Year visit and the presentation of meaningful Tet gifts to the Center’s leadership and the Project Area Director.
The visit reflected the strong attention and support of local authorities for the Center’s activities in social welfare, education, and community development.
