Today, Thien Chi Center was honored to welcome international volunteer Letticia during her visit to learn about the community support activities implemented in Duc Linh project. With her friendly manner and genuine care, Letticia quickly built a positive connection with teachers, parents, and local residents.

Her visit began at the special education intervention class, where children with special needs receive support in communication, behavior, and learning skills. Letticia observed the lesson, spoke with teachers, and listened attentively to the challenges faced in the intervention process. She also spent time interacting with the children, encouraging them with gentle gestures and great patience, creating a warm and caring atmosphere.

Afterwards, Letticia and the team visited several families who have been supported by Thien Chi, including households whose children received educational scholarships, families assisted with health insurance cards, and those implementing small-scale livestock models through livelihood support. At each home, she listened to their stories of change—from initial hardship to gradually stabilizing their lives thanks to the project’s support.

Although her visit was brief, it brought many positive emotions. Letticia’s care and engagement clearly reflected the spirit of sharing and accompanying the community—core values that Thien Chi Center always strives to uphold. We sincerely thank Letticia for her time, empathy, and for spreading positive energy to local children and families.
